IBSA prepares students to thrive in a complex and constantly evolving world.
A PreK student discovering science through experimentation – natural curiosity nurtured from the earliest years.
Our bicultural and holistic teaching and learning approach goes beyond academic success. It equips students with the skills and confidence required to succeed in further education, professional pathways and to build fulfilling lives.
Learning takes place through experience, action and reflection, from the earliest years onwards.
“We do not prepare students for school, but for life. Every learning experience is an opportunity to develop curiosity, creativity and adaptability.”
Interdisciplinary Learning in Practice
At IBSA, learning is constructed and applied through concrete learning projects adapted to students’ ages. These projects span all areas of learning and support the acquisition, consolidation and assessment of essential knowledge.
Each project brings together several disciplines around a shared objective: mathematics and science, French and English, history and geography, arts and citizenship and many other subjects.
This approach develops key cross-curricular skills that enable students to understand the world and act with discernment.
